I wouldn't use this man as a RE agent, as an appraiser, or even as a simple gardener or landscaper. He doesn't know anything at all about plants, and he has no work ethic. His work is sloppy and he makes the most minimal effort possible to do a job. His current "company name" is "Oyster Bay Landscaping" and he is a total waste of money. Additionally, he never answers his phone, and he screens his calls and he will NOT return any phone calls. He makes sure he is "permanently unavailable" if there is the slightest kind of issue or problem. It's a case of "take the money and run" with this man, if you accidentally make the stupid mistake of paying him before you thoroughly check his work. Why take the chance and go through what I did? DON'T HIRE CARL HARPER AT OYSTER BAY LANDSCAPING!!!
