Dustin Romack, property manager for Mill Pond Apartments in Muncie, Indiana is one of the worst human beings I have ever had an encounter with. I was looking to rent an apartment at Mill Pond, but Dustin proved to be very unfriendly and seemed very put out at the mere presence of my existence in his office. A few of my friends have rented from Mill Pond and have claimed that Mr. Romack is one of the most impolite and impatient people they have ever met. He doesn't listen to his tenants, nor does he try to get to know him. All he cares about is making money and nothing more. I will never suggest to anybody that people rent from this apartment community and will deter anyone who is even contemplating the idea. Thank you for listening.
