Arvada Darnell represents the people that buy our house. They made an agreement with our agents about how long we could stay in the house. She assured me she knew we wanted to stay until a certain date and that they would accomodate us and we wouldn't have to worry about it.
She did however not hesitate to send us an e-mail stating we'd have to leave to weeks early.
This means: she did not stick to her personal promise to me; she did not stick to the professional agreement as part of the sale about how long we could stay; she ignores people if it's in the interest of her clients. Not honest, no integrity. Utterly disappointed!
